Yes. Fix & Improve starts with a review of your current site and a fixed quote for agreed design, mobile, speed, usability and search improvements. Larger rebuilds and complex integrations are quoted separately. Start with a project brief; no payment is required to ask for a quote.
How long does a website take?
Most Personal Sites launch in about a week, Business Sites in two to three weeks and Signature Builds in three to five. The biggest variable is content: when your words and photos are ready, things move fast. You get a real timeline with your quote.
When do I pay?
Business Sites and Signature Builds start with a 50% deposit, which reserves your build slot. No work begins until the deposit is paid. The remaining 50% is due before your site goes live.
Personal Sites are a one-week build, so most people simply pay in full to start. If you would rather split it 50/50 the same way, just say so.
How many revisions do I get?
Personal Sites include two rounds of revisions during the build, Business Sites three and Signature Builds four. A round means you gather your feedback into one list and every item on it gets handled.
What if I need changes later?
Every site includes 2 small content edits, such as text or photo swaps, in the first 30 days after launch, even without the Care Plan.
After that, changes are either quoted and billed as small jobs, or covered by the Care Plan, which includes ongoing content edits.
Who hosts my website?
Your site is set up on fast, modern hosting such as Cloudflare Pages, in an account you own. For most simple sites hosting costs little or nothing each month. If you would rather not think about it, the Care Plan covers monitoring and updates.
Do I own my website?
Yes, completely. The domain, the code, the content and the accounts are all in your name. If you ever want to move on, you take everything with you. No lock-in.
Do I need my content ready before we start?
It helps, but it does not need to be perfect. Bring what you have: your services, your story and any photos. Sitewhip shapes the structure and polishes the headlines. With no photos, the design can lean on type, color and illustration.
What does the Care Plan include?
Ongoing content edits such as small text and image swaps, uptime and security monitoring, performance check-ups and priority fixes if anything breaks. It is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
How can a custom website cost this little?
No office, no account managers, no layers. You work directly with the person designing and building your site, and the process is tuned so nothing is wasted. Smaller overhead, same craft.
What if I need something bigger, like an online store?
