The details.
How long does each kind of site take?
A Personal Site is usually about a week. A Business Site runs two to three weeks. A Signature Build, with a bespoke centerpiece and scroll storytelling, takes three to five.
Fix & Improve work on an existing site depends on the agreed list. You get a real timeline with the quote, after a review of your current site.
What actually slows a website project down?
Content, almost always. Waiting on words and photos is the most common delay by a wide margin.
Second place: feedback that arrives in dribs. Revisions work in rounds, and one gathered list per round keeps the build moving.
How do I make mine go faster?
Have your text and photos roughly ready before the build starts. They do not need to be perfect; they need to exist.
Pick one person to give feedback, and answer questions within a day or two. Decisions are the other hidden clock.
When does the clock actually start?
A 50% deposit reserves your build slot, and no work begins before it. Once scope is agreed and the slot is yours, the timeline is real.
You get the schedule with your quote, in writing. Not a shrug.
